Vivant has been using the Z-Wave protocol in its products for many years and will become a Principal member, which includes being on the Board of Directors of the organization.

Construction is currently underway on the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts (PRCA) in downtown Beaverton.
A grant from the federal CARES Act will enable the Beaverton School District (BSD) to distribute funds cover childcare for families in the district.
The Mary Ann, affordable housing offering 54 apartments, is currently under construction in Old own Beaverton. The housing is named for Mary Ann Spencer Watts, Beavertons first teacher.
